Info

Birmingham Museums & Art Gallery’s Birmingham Black History website was redeveloped using the Joomla open source content management system. The website was officially launched on October 1st 2006 in time for Birmingham Black History month. The website promotes Black History throughout the year, and encourages the public to add content to the website in the form of events, news, articles, images and a discussion forum. Further adult learning resources are also being developed for the site.
